Course summary

This course will give you the practical tools and knowledge to start up a successful new supplementary or community language school.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this course you will have a step by step guide of what to do to start up your school. Each course participant will receive a set of 14 ‘How to…’ guides covering such areas as governance, teaching and learning, finance and quality assurance.

Who should attend

  • anyone who is planning to start up a new supplementary school in their area
  • anyone who has recently established a supplementary school and would like to consolidate their work.

Cost

To book your place payment is required before the course.

  • associate members and non-member supplementary schools - £50 per person.
  • supplementary school NRC members - £15 per person.
