ContinYou's cookery club programmes look to use innovative and challenging ways in which to engage young people, their families and the wider community in the whole concept of food sourcing, preparation and healthy eating.

The programme was aimed at young people aged 11 to 14 who worked towards developing their core food competencies. The original What's Cooking? programmes have now come to an end (visit the History page for more information) but the following projects are continuing the theme.
What’s Cooking, Kids? aims to develop the learning of children aged 8 to 11 around healthy food, diet and nutrition. This project is based in North East England and will establish a network of 'community and food leaders'.

This programme is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), and focuses on the promotion of healthy eating and physical activity for children and young people in Wales.

This new guide aims to give children, young people and their families the knowledge and skills to enjoy planning, preparing and cooking cost-effective, tasty meals together and to promote healthier eating habits within their communities.
