Registering
You do not need to register to purchase from our online shop. If you do not wish to register, simply enter your email address in the checkout window, and click 'Continue'. However, if you do register, the system will remember your addresses for you. If you would like to register, and have not yet done so, please click 'Register for an account' at the bottom of the checkout screen and follow the instructions.
We need your email address, even if you do not register, so that we can send you confirmation of your purchases.
Postage charges
We charge 15% of the price of the publication(s) for delivery (minimum £1). This charge will automatically be added to the cost of your purchases. Please allow 28 days for delivery in case some items are out of stock.
Online payments
If you order any of the publications from our online shop, you will be transferred to SecPay as part of the online payment process, where you will be asked to input your credit card details. SecPay manage the online payment process for us, and provide a reliable and secure service. If you prefer not to pay online, please either use the downloadable catalogue or contact our Finance and Sales Manager directly (email: publications.sales@continyou.org.uk, telephone: 024 7658 8470).
