Strategic aims progress review

ContinYou works with an increasing number of schools that want an external view of their progress towards achieving their stated strategic aims.

Warwick’s Myton School is a specialist college that included an annual evaluation by ContinYou in its specialist status proposal. This is not a large or expensive commitment but enables the school to remain confident about its development towards its specialism. The work included meeting all stakeholders, parents and students, and giving feedback and recommendations to the school’s management team. A similar piece of work has also been undertaken at Exhall Grange Special School in Coventry.

ContinYou also helps extended schools in many local authorities to review their progress towards delivering the core extended services and reporting to the DCSF. As an example, one of our consultants has been helping Barr’s Hill School in Coventry to assess progress and produce detailed action plans for succeeding years.
