Welsh Language Scheme
ContinYou has adopted the principle that, in the conduct of business in Wales, it will treat Welsh and English on the basis of equality. This Welsh Language Scheme sets out how that will be implemented.
ContinYou recognises that individuals can express their thoughts and views better in their preferred language and therefore offers the public in Wales the right to choose which language to use in dealings with our organisation. This practice applies primarily to our offices in Wales. Enquiries to our offices in England will be referred to our offices in Wales as appropriate.
