We provide free advice, information and support, and assist with a variety of issues such as secondary transfer, exclusions or applying for a statement of special educational needs.
Opening the service
Since opening on 6 April 2009, we have had more than 400 families using our service. Read our survey report (PDF) to find out what they think of us.

Our service
Our service provides advice, information and support to parents and carers of children with special educational needs (SEN).
Advice is free, impartial and confidential. Our role is to support parents to understand the special educational needs process and to know their rights and what their child is entitled to.
Our hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Who we can help
Parents and carers of children…
- living and going to school in Ealing with any kind of special educational needs from 0-19
- living in Ealing but going to school outside the borough
- attending school in Ealing but living outside the borough
- out of school
- at all stages of support for special needs (School Action, School Action Plus, or children with statements
- attending mainstream and special schools
- where there is no formal diagnosis but they have concerns that their child may have special educational needs (no additional support)
- in private/independent school.

- explaining SEN procedures.
