ContinYou is absolutely committed to listening to, and learning from the views and experiences of parent partnership service users; not only to continuously improve the quality and responsiveness of its own provision, but to help influence policy and practice at national level and consequently the provision of services elsewhere.
Therefore, with the generous support of the John Laing Charitable Trust, during the Summer of 2010, ContinYou undertook a small-scale qualitative research project seeking the views of parents using five Parent Partnership Services in England.
This report sets out the findings of that research.
