Warwickshire Parent Partnership Service
The service provides support for parents of children with special educational needs by providing the following:
- one-to-one support through phone calls, home visits, attendance at meetings with schools, the local authority etc
- liaison with schools, the local authority, support services, local statutory and voluntary organisations
- written information
- workshops for schools, governors, early years providers, statutory agencies, parents
- termly newsletter
- parents conference
- Voluntary Organisation Forum
- representation on the EYCDP and Wider Moderation Group
- pupil consultation/including pupils' views
- access to an independent mediation service
- liaison with neighbouring parent partnership services
