Resources
The SmallSteps4Life (SS4L) 'how to guide' aims to support those who work with children, young people and their families to deliver SS4L challenges through extended services settings and community focused schools provision.
The guide contains detailed information on the following:
- background and context
- the benefits of the programme
- how to deliver SmallSteps4Life
- health challenges and ideas for children and young people
- how to evaluate what you have done
- useful contacts.
Download the complete 'how to guide':
The guide also contains a sample certificate and a wide range of sample evaluation questionnaires for children and young people. These can be used as they are, or as a resource to aid the creation of more tailored surveys.

There is a SmallSteps4Life discussion forum on ContinYou's Learning Exchange website where those who work with children and young people can share ideas and resources around SmallSteps4Life. There is also information about SmallSteps4Life in the Learning Exchange library.
