Manage finances
Code of Practice statement: Budget effectively, manage finances wisely, and account openly for all income and expenditure.
GOLD STANDARD: The management committee agrees an annual budget and monitors the use of funding regularly throughout the year.
You may wish to include:
- annual budget
- set of three or four management committee minutes (showing the finance is monitored)
- one or two annual reports, newsletters or school magazine (your annual financial statement, news of fundraising etc).
