National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) - Collaboration has been suggested as one response to the recession, but voluntary and community organisations should ensure that they are exploring collaboration or merger from a position of strength. They should plan early, identify potential partners, and make informed decisions about whether and how to proceed with collaborative projects. Our Languages - There are plenty of reasons for mainstream and complementary schools to work together in partnership. Both sectors share the common goal of educating the child. Working in partnership means that more can be achieved for the child’s education while gaining greater support from various groups within the community.
