Code of Practice Statement: Set out what the school aims to achieve for its children, make plans and keep them under review.
SPECIAL DISTINCTION STANDARD: There is a business planning process, which is geared to setting objectives and standards.
You may wish to include:
- set of three or four staff/management minutes (evidencing the planning process)
- business planning - engagement with stakeholders (parents, pupils, staff and volunteers), planning and shaping new services (notes, minutes, results from feedback)
- list of objectives - how these are being used and monitored.
